Latin Name: Corylus avallana

Shelf Life: 6-12 months

Description: This is a pale yellow, fine textured oil with a strong nutty aroma. It contains vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids.

Uses: Good for skin blends

Skin Types: This oil is particularly good for oily or combination skin. It is easily absorbed and slightly astringent.

Notes: Due to it’s strong nutty aroma it should be diluted 10% in other carrier oils.

Dilutions of 1 - 3% are usual when blending essential oils with carrier oils. Carrier oils can be used alone or as blends.
